Fees and Financing

The cost of LASIK surgery in Oregon varies among practices, based on the surgeon’s experience and what the center includes in the fee. We are not the least expensive LASIK providers because we never sacrifice safety to save you money, but our LASIK costs are worth the quality of work we do at our Portland facility. We have invested heavily in advanced technology. This investment is extremely important to surgical results, and our patients tell us they can see the difference. We encourage you to visit other centers that provide LASIK eye surgery in the Salem, Bend, Albany, and Beaverton areas that have lower LASIK costs and compare. Teplick Custom Vision will not insult your intelligence by enticing you with ridiculously low prices that rarely apply to anyone. Our fees reflect the quality, care, technology, and experience delivered by our entire staff.

It's only natural to want to get the best price – but remember, quality and service are extremely important when it comes to medical care. After all, LASIK surgery is a procedure you'll have only once in your lifetime, and your vision is one of your most important assets. For a complete and straightforward quote on LASIK, the Salem, Albany, Bend, and Beaverton offices of Dr. Stanley Teplick would be pleased to schedule your free LASIK eye surgery consultation. After a comprehensive evaluation to determine what LASIK procedures you're a candidate for and what degree of correction you need, we will be able to give you a specific price.

Insurance and Ways to Save

A few insurance companies do pay for all or part of LASIK surgery. Oregon and Southern Washington residents should check with their plan administrator, or we will be happy to make a copy of your insurance card and check coverage for you.

Many people have medical flex plans that, by using pre-tax dollars, allow them to save up to 50 percent on their LASIK costs. Your employer's human resources department can tell you whether you have this benefit.

LASIK surgery in Oregon is a tax-deductible medical expense.

If you do not have insurance coverage, we do offer third party financing through CareCredit.

Of course, we also accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
