DR. DENNIS PEARSON: I wore glasses since the 5th grade and I was very active physically and I never could wear soft contacts very comfortably because my eyes are just too sensitive. So I was looking about for some alternative. I started looking into the laser surgery before it became available. Having it done is priceless. It's just a totally different world. It's just a lot more free. An analogy would be surfing in Oregon, you have all these thick wetsuits on and you can barely move sometimes because it's so cold in that water. You go down to Southern California and you're in there in December, you've got shorts on and you're going like oh, it just feels so good. It's just free.
